Laura spent 10 years working in the art world, in galleries and auction houses. It was during this time that she discovered a lasting passion for framing and picture hanging, appreciating both the practical skills and the aesthetic decisions involved. Afterward she moved into education and spent another 10 years as a school secretary, gaining organisational skills and patience, before rediscovering her love of art and amateur framing and deciding to learn the technical skills needed to pursue it professionally.
